Professional Experience

Since 1997 Brad has worked for CBRE, Inc. (CBRE) specializing in retail services.   Promoted to First Vice President in 2007, Brad is one of the senior members of the retail team in CBRE’s San Diego office.   His primary focus is in ground-up and existing shopping center leasing as well as site acquisition services for national and regional retail tenants.   Brad also provides retail site disposition services and lease management services, which entails sales transaction, lease terminations and renewal extensions for existing tenants.  Additionally, he offers retail consulting services and market analysis for both landlords and tenants.  Brad works throughout the San Diego County, South Riverside County and Imperial County.  Prior to working at CBRE Brad worked at the San Diego office of the Shidler Group for 2 years.

Brad received his Bachelor of Arts at UCLA.  He is married with two young children, Blake and Laurel.
