Director of Operations – The Cleveland Clinic
Brad joined the CBRE team in September of 2009. He oversees the day to day operations for 6.7 million square feet of medical and administrative space. Brad manages three Operation Managers, who oversee 60 Operating Engineers and Maintenance Technicians. He has been a part of the Cleveland Clinic account for over eight years. Brad has worked closely with Main Campus Facility Administration, Family Health Center Administration, and Supply Chain. Brad was a part of the startup of the Cleveland Clinic Administrative Campus.
Brad worked from 1994-2006 as part of the MBNA Facilities Management Team. He was responsible for the planning, allocating, and the controlling of a $6.7 million building expense budget annually, and a $6.6 million renovation capital budget annually. Brad was responsible to plan, organize, manage, and coordinate both short and long term facility maintenance and building infrastructure programs. He developed and ensured implementation of cost controls and reductions for these programs for both predictable and emergency situations. He partnered with Purchasing and Contract Administration to ensure corporate compliance for outsourced expenses. Brad worked within the guidelines of all local and state requirements of the EPA, OSHA, Department of Labor, and local municipalities.
