Professional Experience

 

As the Global FM Executive for the AT&T account, Bob Wiesner’s focus has been to foster and expand client relationships globally. Since accepting his position in 2015, Mr. Wiesner has been responsible for stabilizing the merger of legacy blue and green teams and overseeing the Global Facility Business Service Line. In this role Mr. Wiesner leads a team of 860 employees tasked to drive best-in-class facility management practices. In 2017 his team earned the highest mark in the Customer Relationship Management Survey and continues to work on innovating and developing strategies to deliver their clients world class service.

Prior to his time with CBRE, Mr. Wiesner was the Global Operations Executive at JCI GWS. There, Mr. Wiesner was the senior delivery leader for all JCI GWS accounts in the Central and Western US. From 2012-2014 Mr. Wiesner was the Global Account Executive at CSC where he provided full service facility management, project management and data center management. Mr. Wiesner was responsible for the Transactions, Energy, Project Management and Operations teams during his time as the Global Client Business Vice President at Medtronic. He was also the account lead supporting startup and turn around operations for HP, DHL and BP. Prior to his outsourcing career, Mr. Wiesner was a Real Estate Manager at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), a Facility Manager at American Express and a Facilities Engineer at Miller Brewing Company.

Since his start as an Active Military Officer in the US Army Corps of Engineers, Mr. Wiesner has built a career expanding over 40 years. In that time, he has become an expert in Global Account Management, Facilities Management, Data Center Management, Business Development, Workplace Strategies, Start-up, Turn-Around Operations and more.
