Blake works with the team of real estate advisor Joel Frank in CBRE’s Beverly Hills office where he supports commercial real estate sales and leasing efforts in the greater Los Angeles area. In his role, Blake focuses on business development to build relationships and identify new real estate opportunities. Further responsibilities include conducting tours on existing listings and negotiating lease and sales agreements. Blake draws from his background and expertise in market research and applies this knowledge to provide valuable information to his team’s clients to create a competitive advantage.
Prior to brokerage, Blake spent two years as an Office Research Analyst at CBRE’s corporate headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles where he managed and provided market intel and data for the Downtown Los Angeles office market and created custom real estate market analyses. Blake has the keen ability to problem solve, and his research-based background ensures that he is organized, detailed-oriented and always responsive.
