Bill O’Connor, Senior Vice President is currently heading up the Capital Markets and Investment Properties division for CBRE in the Southfield Office. He has been specializing in the sales and dispositions of income producing properties and leased assets since 1992. Since the start of his career, he has successfully closed on over $1 Billion in assets and over 200 separate transactions. Additionally, he has performed 1,400+ separate property evaluations on behalf of his clients. In 2010 Bill was the #1 IP (Investment Property) sales broker as well as the #2 PCG (Private Client Group) sales broker in the Southfield Office. Additionally, in 2012, Bill was in the top 10 for the entire Detroit Office and as of the first half of 2013, Bill is in the top five for the Detroit Office. Bill previously worked for Marcus & Millichap as a Vice President of Investments.
