Bill Lamb has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1993. He has been with CBRE and companies acquired through acquisitions since that time. He currently is the Senior Financial Analyst at Bank of America Plaza. His major responsibility is the financial reporting for the property. This includes preparation of the annual budget, operating expense recovery calculations, monthly financial reporting and monthly cash and accrual projections. He was also responsible for the preparation of financial statements in the acquisition of a $4 million construction loan for the parking garage expansion and the sale of one of the joint venture partners.
Bill also managed two office properties for The Novare Group: 601 North Ashley, a 12-story class B property, and Novare Channelside, an office/flex property. His responsibilities included physical management of the buildings, tenant relations, client communication and satisfaction, financial reporting, and lease administration.
Prior to working on the aforementioned properties, Bill was an Assistant Real Estate Manager for four properties totaling 411,000 SF in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida market. His responsibilities included preparing the annual budget, accounts payable, accounts receivable, lease administration, and financial reporting.
