Betty Leu is an Associate Project Manager for CBRE’s Southern California Edison account within Global Workspace Solutions. Betty is an experienced project management professional with over 6 years of experience in commercial tenant improvements and retail signage. Ms. Leu has played an integral role in the initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closeout process of projects in her previous roles. She has strong problem solving and organizational skills and meets all project milestones within budget while mitigating risk and creating alternate solutions for her clients.
Ms. Leu joined CBRE, Inc. in August of 2015 as a Project Manager for the Sprint/Radio Shack signage conversion program managing the West Coast region with over 200 projects. Betty is a Subject Matter Expert on the client and vendor side, having managed projects for a national sign company in charge of several major brand conversions involving Fortune 500 companies such as Berkshire-Hathaway.
Ms. Leu holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara, an Associate of Arts degree in Merchandise Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, and has completed the certification program in Project Management from the North Orange County Community College District.
Prior to joining CBRE, Inc. Ms. Leu worked as Lead Project Coordinator for a leading Orange Country general contractor specializing in interior tenant improvements for clients such as The Irvine Company, one of the world’s well-regarded private real-estate investment companies and master planners. In 2015, she worked on KBS Realty’s multi-level tenant improvement, which became a finalist for a SPIRE award this year. Ms. Leu thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a yearly portfolio of over 75 projects, with sales over $15M. During her time at Coast Sign, she worked with Fortune 500 companies such as Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, giving her the ability to anticipate the needs and expectations of some of the world’s largest public and private companies.
