Beth Blevins is currently the Account Services Director for the Sprint Account, which is one of CBRE’s largest integrated Global Corporate Services accounts. In this role, Beth is responsible for the Program Management Office which drives process improvements, accountability for 150+ KPIs, pipeline visibility and disciplined execution across core functional teams, an Operations Center with over 100,000 annual work orders, Communications, Enterprise Systems Support and Corporate Event Management.
Beth has also managed the implementation of several programs in her role including the transition from Service Insight to Corrigo as the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) utilized by the Sprint account, the redesign of the customer real estate portal, and the creation of a structured Change Management program. Additionally, Beth has implemented new functions for the Account in her organization including Marketing, Operational Excellence and Learning and Development.
Beth has more than 25 years of program and project management experience in Real Estate, Information Technology and Finance. Prior to joining CBRE, she spent 13 years at Sprint as a manager in Corporate IT Systems, Enterprise Real Estate and Corporate Treasury. Prior to Sprint, she managed start-up operations for the Resolution Trust Corporation’s National Asset Sales loan auctions, including reconciliation and settlement with purchasers of $3.0 billion in asset and she was a senior staff in Ernst & Young’s National Cash Management consulting practice.
