Bethany Shapiro has been with CBRE for nine years and currently serves as the Client Services Manager for the Greater Seattle area. She is responsible for recruiting, training and national operation strategy implementation for the Puget Sound Client Services team, which provides administrative support—including the management of legal documentation and preparation of templated CBRE-branded marketing materials—for professionals and leadership across the CBRE platform in Seattle, Bellevue and Tacoma. Prior to assuming this role, Ms. Shapiro acted as the Business Services Supervisor for Seattle, directing a team of Business Services Coordinators that offered pooled administrative support to 70+ brokerage personnel.
Ms. Shapiro began her career with CBRE providing complex administrative services to senior management in the Houston, Texas market. Prior to this, she worked for a community center for 13 years, presenting over 12 major arts events annually and facilitating departmental grant writing for city, state and national funding opportunities.
Ms. Shapiro’s broad experience in community service and non-profits, combined with her background in the commercial real estate industry, has assisted her in maintaining professionalism amongst her team.
