Benjamin Robblee is a member of CBRE’s office brokerage services team in Ontario, CA. Working with commercial real estate industry veteran, Philip Woodford, Mr. Robblee focuses primarily on landlord representation in the Inland Empire market to help clients achieve occupancy objectives. Mr. Robblee strives to create client relationships built on trust and mutual respect by embracing CBRE's RISE core values of Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence.
Mr. Robblee focuses on creating new client activity and driving it to his clients’ properties. Since 2015 he has been involved in over 150 completed transactions consisting of over 500,000 sq. ft. of leased space. Mr. Robblee has been actively engaging Tenants in the region through a systematized procedure for cold calling, ongoing contact with prospective tenants, and direct marketing.
Prior to joining CBRE Mr. Robblee was with Coldwell Banker Commercial where he specialized in general commercial tenant and landlord representation in the greater Los Angeles and Inland Empire markets. While at Coldwell Banker Commercial Mr. Robblee quickly established himself as a respected market professional for his persistent canvassing and approachable style. During his time with Coldwell Banker Commercial Mr. Robblee completed more than $2.5 million in lease and sale transactions.
Before the start of his commercial real estate career with Coldwell Banker Commercial Mr. Robblee worked for several years in customer service, operations, and management positions in the Inland Empire, giving him specific insights into the needs and wants of local tenants.
