Professional Experience

Mr. Wagner has been active in commercial real estate for more than 15 years in the states of Georgia, South Carolina, Arizona and California in which he worked in various areas of the industry including development, sales, leasing, and appraisal.

In 2003, Mr. Wagner joined CBRE Capital Markets as the sole financial analyst supporting five senior-level mortgage bankers in the Los Angeles office. Mr. Wagner partnered with another producer in the office, and in 2005 the two ranked as the company’s top-producing debt & equity finance team in California.

In addition to arranging construction, bridge, permanent debt, and mezzanine financing for office, retail, industrial, hotel, self storage, and mixed-use infill properties, Mr. Wagner has assisted clients with the acquisition and sale of both land and income producing properties. Mr. Wagner has managed the underwriting, marketing, negotiation and closing of more than 125 transactions exceeding $1.4 billion in the states of Hawaii, California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Texas, Missouri, Illinois, Ohio, West Virginia, and Georgia.
