Mr. Napolitano has more than 32 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage real estate brokerage and management.
Mr. Napolitano consistently excels in assisting corporate users in the execution of their goals by driving down their occupancy costs through market knowledge, strategy and negotiations. His experience includes building lease negotiations and renewals, build-to-suit developments, property and land acquisitions and dispositions, corporate relocations, and property valuation consulting.
Mr. Napolitano was the Executive Vice President and National Director of Industrial Services for The Staubach Company. His responsibilities included the management and coordination of the strategic implementation of the company’s industrial real estate including all industrial business development. During his tenure he increased industrial revenue 35% on a compounded basis - year over year, increased headcount 666% and successfully teamed and integrated the specialty within the company’s global service platform.
Prior to joining The Staubach Company, he served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of the Newport Beach, California office of Grubb & Ellis. He also held top positions with ProLogis, the largest global industrial developer, where he was Vice President of Global Services, Cushman & Wakefield, where he was the Managing Director of the company’s branch operations in Newport Beach and Anaheim in Orange County, California and CB Commercial (now CBRE) where he was a top performing industrial broker in Orange County, California. Mr. Napolitano attained numerous branch and regional awards for his performance as well as the company’s Colbert Coldwell Circle – emblematic of top performance nationally. Clients include some of the largest owners, developers, investors and corporations in the US including Amazon.com, AmerisourceBergen, Boeing, Boise Cascade, Dial Corporation, Disney, McKesson Corporation, McDonalds, Nike, Public Storage, UPS, United Stationers, US Postal Service and Western Digital Corporation.
As a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), Augie served on the Board of Directors of the greater Orange County Chapter from 1995- 1999. He is also involved with the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Editorial Advisory Board Member-Globe Street’s Industrial Forum, and CORENET (formally IDRC and NACORE).
Mr. Napolitano also served as the Board of Trustees - Co-Chairman major gifts campaign - UCI Barkley Theatre and Mariners Christian School.
Mr. Napolitano’s early career began in New York with the Xerox Corporation, where he held numerous marketing and management positions in New York City and Southern California. He was recognized for managing the Number 1 sales team in the country for the organization. His last assignment was the Regional Operations Manager overseeing the company’s Western Region.
