Ashleigh Chau is a commercial broker on an investment sales team representing clients in the sales of multi-family buildings in the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire regions. Prior to joining CBRE, she began her real estate career leasing industrial space before transitioning to MGR Real Estate to fulfill her role as a leasing agent representing a large office landlord. She succeeded in raising the overall occupancy from 90% to 97% across all MGR owned and managed office properties totaling over 1 million square feet in the Inland Empire. Her broad knowledge of industrial, office, and investment properties creates tremendous value for her clients.
She currently serves as a Director on the Tri-County Board of AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America), a non-profit organization. Her passion and love for dogs has led her to volunteer with Wags and Walks in Los Angeles and Soi Dog Foundation in Thailand. She has two rescued pitbulls named Ella Rose and Frankie. In her spare time Ashleigh volunteers as a Mentor for underprivileged and foster youth.
