Anthony Stanford is a Senior Associate in CBRE’s
Retail Group, working with Amira Yunis’ team out of the firm’s Midtown
Manhattan office. In his role as a sales professional, he develops and manages
accounts, helps create marketing strategies and presentations, canvasses, conducts
site analyses and comparatives, prepares client tour books and maps, and negotiates
terms, prepares offers and handles closings.
With nearly a decade of experience in the
real estate industry, Anthony joined CBRE in 2014, coming from Douglas Elliman.
He started his career at Newmark Knight Frank, where he first worked with
Amira’s team, serving clients including Le Pain Quotidien, Aldo, New York
Sports Club, Theory, Fossil and many more. Further rounding out his expertise,
Anthony has worked with high-profile New York landlords including Starrett
Development Corp., Carlyle Construction Corp., Sobert Realty Corp. and W&H
Properties, among others.
Anthony is recognized by his peers for the
dedication and honesty he brings to both his professional and personal
dealings. Organized, motivated and reliable, Anthony is also relied upon for
