Ann Cooper is a Project Manager on a GCS account for a Global High Technology Company. Ann is responsible for delivery of projects in the US and Canada with an emphasis in the US Central region. She manages all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout. Ann leads the project delivery team providing project guidance and direction to achieve goals, and tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets and approved timelines.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ann held the responsibility of Facilities Manager and Construction Project Manager for Odyssey HealthCare, a national hospice provider. Managing a lease portfolio of over 125 national real estate leases, she was responsible for all aspects of due diligence, site selection, lease negotiations, construction project management, and move management, as well as the planning and procurement of data, telephony, office machines and furniture. She established a standards program identifying office size, building finishes, furniture and office equipment requirements. Ann also developed a building prototype for ground up construction of hospice inpatient units.
