Andy Nott has over 24 years’ experience in commercial real estate. Andy has negotiated sale and lease transactions in over 50 markets in the Western U.S. He has represented tenants such as Stifel Nicolaus and A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. Since 2007, Andy has served as master broker for Stifel Nicolaus’ 60 branch office expansion in the Western U.S. He is an expert at identifying locations that fit his client’s requirements and at negotiating best-in-market terms.
Prior to joining CBRE, Andy was a Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis for one year and prior to that, he spent 12 years with Grove Realty Services, Inc. specializing in brokerage services, development and asset management. While at Grove Realty Services, Inc., Andy was directly involved in the development of Discovery Centre, a 150,000 square foot office building in Sacramento, California and the asset management of Continental Plaza, a 280,000 square foot office campus in Sacramento and South Coast Business Center, a 200,000 square foot business park in Santa Ana, California. Previously, he spent 6 years with CB Commercial in Sacramento where he began his career as an office leasing agent in 1992.
