Andrew Slosberg is a Project Coordinator within the Tri-State Project Management Group based in Stamford, CT. In his current role, Mr. Slosberg assists Project Managers with both occupier and investor representation for capital projects from conception to close-out. By providing a supporting role on projects, he organizes meetings, manages project coordination, prepares requests for proposals (RFP’s), assists on bid leveling, budgeting and scheduling while ensuring data integrity in all documents.
Other responsibilities include:
Conducting site visits to ensure contractors and vendors are delivering on quality, schedule and budget
Project financials including invoice review and cost reporting
Document management and file retention
Contributing to creation of project case studies, marketing materials, presentations, playbooks and best practice information
Prior to joining the Tri-State Project Management Group, Andrew interned in the Construction Management Department at Reckson, A Division of SL Green, in White Plains, NY for four years.
