Amy Purdy joined CBRE Asset Services in October of 2011 as an Assistant Real Estate Manager. She assists Lonnie Garrett, Real Estate Manager, in the management of the Oak Tower building, a 268,362 square foot building in downtown Kansas City. She also assists Kelly Masten, Senior Real Estate Manager, with some administrative duties for Hawthorne Plaza and the FAA building.
Ms. Purdy's responsibilities include the day to day operations of the property, monthly client reporting, tenant relations, processing invoices, and tracking certificates of insurance for vendors and tenants, among other duties. She strives to give clients, tenants and vendors top notch customer service.
Prior to joining CBRE, Amy worked at Cassidy Turley for three years. While at Cassidy Turley, she was part of the project management team to get the new Ewing Marion Kauffman Charter School up and running and ready for students as well as assisting in the relocation of the KCMBA. She was also previously the Assistant Facility Manager for the new historic New York Life building located at 20 W. 9th Street in downtown Kansas City for Aquila, Inc prior to KCP&L's purchase of the company. She has worked in the downtown Kansas City area for most of her professional career and is very familiar with the city.
