Amy Lance joined CBRE Las Vegas, Nevada in 2003 specializing in office properties. She, along with her partners, Brad Peterson, Randy Broadhead and Darren Lemmon are one of the region’s top producing teams specializing in the representation of Owner/Landlords and Tenant/Buyers relating to the leasing and sales of commercial properties.
Ms. Lance is currently responsible for the marketing, reporting and adherence to client objective, lease negotiations and provides organization and management of day-to-day client account operations. She is well-known and respected among her peers and clients for her ability to accomplish her clients leasing goals. Amy along with her partners have represented some of the Las Vegas valley’s most notable developments including One Summerlin, a Class A office building located within Downtown Summerlin, the Hines Summerlin portfolio encompassing Class A and single story flex office buildings, Town Square and The District located within mixed use projects, Rainbow Sunset Pavilion, The Gramercy, The Arroyo, Montecito Point and 302 E. Carson located in Downtown Las Vegas.
In addition, Amy has assisted corporate users such as CitiFinancial Auto Corporation, First Tennessee National Bank, Gallagher Bassett, Northwest Administrators, LaserMed Solutions and Georgia Tech Research Institute in site acquisitions and analysis in all levels of tenant representation. She prides herself in making it a top priority to fully understand the business needs of her clients.
