Amy DeAngelis is an Executive Vice President with CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions Group and specializes in tenant representation and transaction services for national, regional and local companies. She joined CBRE in 1999, and is currently responsible for acquisition and disposition services including financial analyses and modeling, lease negotiations in addition to strategic planning for private and public sector entities.
In addition to transaction management services, Amy provides organization and management of day-to-day client account operations. She is also responsible for account communications, reporting and adherence to client objectives. In order to help accomplish those objectives, Amy takes an active role helping clients realize their vision. She maintains a comprehensive process that allows her team to communicate information to consistently update her clients on developments and changes affecting their real estate process.
Amy prides herself in making it a top priority to fully understand the business needs of her clients. During negotiations she goes beyond the basics to capture more than just the obvious, base rent, rental abatement and tenant improvements. As a result she is able to help maximize their profits, creatively anticipate and/or solve problems, and stay on the cutting edge of all matters related to the real estate process. Maintaining frequent, effective, multi-level and multi-faceted communication with clients has allowed Amy to develop a level of credibility with clients such that they view her as a “trusted advisor”.

In 2008 and 2009, Amy was recognized as one of the Top 10 Producers for the Sacramento office and in 2010 was the Top Producer for CBRE’s LMA, was the number two producer for CBRE’s LMA in 2011 and was the Top Producer for CBRE’s LMA in 2012. In addition, Amy was also recognized as one of the Top 10 Office Brokers in Sacramento in 2009 at the Broker of the Year Awards and in 2010 was awarded the Sacramento Broker of the Year Award for Office professionals.
