Professional Experience

A 25-year veteran, Allen Lindow provides integrated real estate solutions for industrial occupiers nationwide, with specialties in supply chain & logistics, high-tech manufacturing and R&D. Allen assists clients in developing and aligning real estate strategies to streamline operational efficiencies and occupancy costs. The Florida native relocated to Austin in 2017.

Allen serves multi-market clients, developing and implementing strategies to improve the performance of real estate in business. Since 1991 he has helped occupants capture value from corporate real estate assets, develop strategic plans to address new markets and implement the necessary systems, processes and organizational changes for sustainable success. Past clients include The Hertz Corporation, Sonapar USA, Princess Cruise Lines, JB Hunt Transportation and a variety of mid-cap and start-up organizations.  

Prior to joining CBRE in 2008, Mr. Lindow lead a South Florida-based team focused on the office and industrial sales and leasing needs of small to mid-cap firms. In 1993, Mr. Lindow earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, recognizing him as an expert in commercial and investment real estate.
