As Real Estate Services Administrator on a Global High Technology Company account, Alice is responsible for operational services delivery support and the onsite interface for the customer and suppliers at their Corvallis, OR site.
Alice strives to develop strong customer relationships to achieve the CBRE and customer shared goals. She enjoys the day to day operational challenges with a diverse set of customers and suppliers. Organizing, focusing on obtaining service delivery, process improvements, communication and ensuring workflow runs smoothly is a contribution that Alice strives to achieve for her team.
Alice brought over 10 years of Real Estate Program management experience to the West Region Facility Management team when she came to CBRE. She was responsible for the service delivery, financials and supplier management at 2 site locations supporting a tenant population of over 1000 at each site.
Alice’s previous work experience includes a variety of positions working for a technology company. It included; Technical Marketing Support as a Call Center Manager, a Call Center agent, Office services and Administrative support. Alice was a key contributor in the outsourcing of the Call Center, managing the transition and the daily operation.
Alice has an Associate of Arts Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. Both of these goals were challenging while working full time and balancing a family. One of her strong attributes is the balancing of many items and prioritizing to meet the objectives.
