Professional Experience


Alex Proietti is a Senior Production Analyst with CBRE Capital Markets, Debt & Structured Finance Services, in Denver. She performs financial and real estate analysis on all types of commercial real estate and multifamily debt and equity structures. Ms. Proietti has been involved in more than 70 transactions with loan proceeds in excess of $1.5 billion. Property types have ranged from Class A multifamily assets to office towers and from single tenant industrial buildings to strip retail centers. 

Ms. Proietti has worked with the complete spectrum of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, Life Insurance Companies, conduit (CMBS), structured and bank lenders and a full range of borrowing entity structures including local, regional, and national developers, real estate holdings firms, REITs, and public and private real estate sponsors.
