Alex Motiuk is a Senior Associate with the Tri-State Institutional Properties team led by Vice Chairman Jeff Dunne—one of the leading investment properties teams in the country. He specializes in the disposition and valuation of assets—with a concentration on the industrial and logistics sector, including exiting buildings, land and redevelopment opportunities—for institutional and local owners throughout New Jersey and New York.
Over the past three years, Alex has represented clients in more than 3.5 million square feet of leasing and sale transactions. He is also pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Membership (CCIM) designation.
Prior to CBRE, Alex was an Assistant Vice President with Transwestern. Before joining Transwestern, he interned for Paris Securities Corporation, a brokerage firm in Hoboken, New Jersey, gaining experience on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) and New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). He was responsible for evaluating and researching in-house investments in the fields of gold and mining stocks as well as food and farm related stocks.
Alex played a major role in founding Afghan Girls Financial Assistance Fund (AGFAF), an organization that offers financial support, connects American host families and matches colleges to Afghan women seeking higher education.
