Alex Hardie is the Sales Manager for CBRE’s Tucson office, partnering with local Advisory & Transaction sales professionals to connect them with CBRE’s ever-growing suite of resources to build advantage for their clients.
Alex leads day-to-day operations for the firm in Southern Arizona and directs CBRE’s strategic development across multiple service lines, managing client relationships and measuring overall engagement for the Tucson office. She partners closely with the rest of the Southwest Market Area leadership team and works to ensure collaboration between local, regional and national practice leaders, to win new business and best serve CBRE clients.
Alex is excited to invest in the community and bring new business to the Tucson market as larger employers increasingly catch on to the area’s low cost of living and high quality of life. Her management style is to lead by example, taking time to understand each professional’s and team’s objectives and ensuring they have the support they need.
Alex holds a degree in business management from Northern Arizona University and spent 11 years with multifamily housing company Trinity Management, most recently as the Director of Property Management overseeing the financial and operational performance of an 11 community portfolio.
