Overview
Adolph Pereira is a Senior Project Manager for CBRE’s Southern California Edison account. Adolph has over 25 years of architectural design and project management experience on large scale projects. He has strong management skills and is able to lead multiple project teams in a collaborative environment from concept design through project construction completion.
Prior to joining CBRE, Adolph served as Facilities Manager within Southern California Edison’s Corporate Real Estate group where Adolph successfully managed capital projects for FAM and the day-to-day operations and maintenance of over 700,000 square feet comprised of multiple service centers, office buildings, corporate warehouses, maintenance garages, and mechanical service support facilities. As a Senior Planner for Edison CRE, Adolph worked on the master planning of projects for the portfolio and executed capital projects to remodel various service centers including Orange Coast, Covina, Santa Ana, Fullerton, and Westminster.
Over the past 25 years, Adolph successfully spearheaded multiple international and domestic projects with a focus on hospitality, casino resort, and entertainment projects from conceptual design through project closeout. He directed multiple teams of creative professionals in a collaborative environment, which included conceptual development, master planning, and complete design documentation. He also managed and developed client relations and communications, contract management, financial management, and turnkey project management.
