Adam Mullen currently holds two executive leadership roles for CBRE in the Americas. He leads CBRE’s Americas Industrial & Logistics business, managing all aspects of CBRE’s supply chain and logistics business in the U.S., Canada and Latin America.
Mr. Mullen also is CBRE Market Leader for the Greater Philadelphia Region, which includes offices in Center City and the surrounding suburbs, Central Pennsylvania, Delaware and South Jersey. In this role, he oversees more than 435 full-time employees across all lines of business including office, industrial, retail, multifamily and capital markets.
As Americas Industrial & Logistics Leader, Mr. Mullen oversees a team of professionals who were responsible for more than than $55 billion in Industrial & Logistics transactions in 2018 – all focused on delivering exceptional outcomes to both occupiers and investors. The importance of industrial real estate continues to grow exponentially, as occupiers find themselves in a supply chain arms race – chasing growth, improved service, cost takeout, mergers and acquisitions and business continuity. Additionally, occupiers increasingly leverage industrial real estate as a competitive advantage, requiring business case sophistication and a modernized approach to both site selection and analytics.
He previously served as the Occupier and Supply Chain Leader for CBRE Industrial & Logistics. Mr. Mullen worked hand-in-hand with CBRE’s top clients and sales professionals, helping companies achieve their business imperatives by providing business transformation leadership.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2014, Mr. Mullen spent almost 10 years in the supply chain consulting industry, building a strong track record in complex supply chain projects and fostering long-term client partnerships. He has helped design and implement supply chain change for many of the world’s top brands across multiple industries; including omni-channel, eCommerce, retail, manufacturing, pharma, industrial supplies, third party logistics, and consumer goods.
