Aaron Kulick is a First Vice President in CBRE Data Center Solutions (DCS) team, focused on Advisory & Transaction Services and based out of CBRE’s downtown Chicago office. As part of DCS, he is wired into a global network of colleagues who serve the users and owners of these specialized facilities.
Over the past eight years, Aaron has established himself as one of top professionals advising clients on data center and colocation requirements locally, nationally and internationally. His transactions total more than $1.4 billion and range from one-rack service agreements to multi-megawatt wholesale colocation leases with total considerations of more than $70 million. Aaron has played a key role in the strategy formation and execution of recent data center requirements for clients such as Groupon, Cargill, US Bank, Conagra, GoDaddy, and Northern Trust, among others.
Additionally, Aaron has substantial experience representing operators and investors in the sale and purchase of data center investment properties. He also assists members of the same groups in identifying expansion, development and partnership opportunities in markets across the globe.
Aaron began his career at CBRE in 2004 as part of the Information Management Group, where he focused on the Chicago-area retail market. He put his market knowledge to work when he moved to CBRE’s Retail Brokerage group. In that role, he assisted owners and developers with land acquisition and disposition and partnered with retailers on their expansion strategies.
