Paul D. Hood is a First Vice President with the CBRE Federal Lessor Advisory Group (FLAG). During his time in the industry, Mr. Hood has learned the business from the ground up and is a valuable member of this specialty consulting group. Since 2001, Mr. Hood has been involved in hundreds of leases with the Federal Government for millions of square feet of space. Mr. Hood is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of government leasing with a focus on lease procurements, procurement strategies, transaction execution and lease administration, including tenant improvement process consulting.
Mr. Hood joined FLAG as a result of the merger between CBRE and Insignia/ESG in June 2003. Prior to that, Mr. Hood began his real estate career as an analyst for the Federal Government Leasing Group at I/ESG since his graduation from college in 2000.
Prior to college, Mr. Hood was enlisted in the U.S. Navy as an electronics technician onboard a nuclear powered ballistic missile submarine and was a member of the Department of Defense’s Personnel Reliability Program, which was the highest level of security clearance within the military at the time.
