Arlin Gaffner was appointed CBRE’s Chief Accounting Officer in November 2017 and also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of CBRE’s Americas operations, a position he has held since March 2014.
Arlin joined CBRE in 2006 as part of CBRE’s acquisition of Trammell Crow Company (TCC). After the acquisition, Arlin served as CFO of TCC, the Development Services arm of CBRE. In March 2010, he was appointed Chief Accounting Officer of CBRE, a position he held until March 2014.
Arlin joined TCC in 1988 and served in various positions including Controller, Oklahoma Division; Controller, Houston Region; and Director, Budgeting and Forecasting before his promotion to Chief Accounting Officer in 2002. Arlin held that role until the CBRE acquisition in December 2006. He is a CPA and began his career in public accounting with Arthur Young & Company.
Arlin is an executive member of the Americas Strategy Group, made up of the most senior leaders in the Americas region.
