Michael Blunt is a Senior Vice President with the Capital Markets Team in Washington, DC. With 17 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Blunt specializes in the sale of investment properties for domestic and international clients. These clients include pension fund advisors, REITs, developers, private equity investors, lenders, special services and other major corporations. Mr. Blunt has sold nearly $6.0 billion of investment properties and provides a wealth of knowledge and experience to clients.

As a member of CBRE Institutional Group, Mr. Blunt joined a 50-member team of senior level CBRE investment property specialists from around the country, selected by senior management, to lead the company sale transactions of stabilized and distressed asset.

William E. Kaye

Bill Kaye is an Executive Vice President of CBRE.  Mr. Kaye has worked on the institutional side of real estate since 1979, and has strong personal and professional relationships at the most active institutions.  His excellent relationships and experience with the investment community give him an in-depth understanding of investors’ internal buying and selling processes.  Mr. Kaye personally is actively involved in the entire sale process and provides senior-level attention to detail throughout – from the preparation of the Offering Memorandum through the marketing phase, including qualification of prospective purchasers, contract negotiation and due diligence.  He utilizes comprehensive marketing brochures that anticipate and identify buyer questions, thereby limiting buyer “retrades” and facilitating a swift closing of the sale transaction.

Marc N. Rampulla

Marc Rampulla is a Vice President with CBRE. Prior to CBRE, Marc started with Trammell Crow Company in 2002 as a Financial Analyst for the Washington, DC-based Capital Markets Group.  In this role, Marc performed all financial analysis for Capital Markets transactions in the Mid-Atlantic region.  Since transitioning to brokerage in 2004, Marc now works with the client and the deal team to provide superior client service and brokerage support.  His extensive experience in financial modeling with Argus and Excel, together with his strong analytical, technical and communications skills as well as his attention to detail, enable him to anticipate issues and facilitate a highly competitive disposition process.  Together with the Investment Properties team, Marc has participated in over $2B of dispositions within the last two years in the Washington DC region.

Randall Heilig

Randall began his career with CBRE with the Washington, DC Investment Property Institutional Sales Group in 2005.  As a broker, Randall assists the deal team in many capacities to help maximize value and execute an efficient marketing process.  His previous experiences in the field of marketing and strategic planning augment his value to the client as he offers a comprehensive and strategic approach to the team’s advisory services.  Together with the rest of the Investment Properties team, he has been instrumental in coordinating the sale process for over $2.5B of dispositions within the Washington, DC region.

Owen joined CBRE in July 2007. He assists the Investment Properties team with the creation of marketing materials. To this end, he writes and edits the content of offering memoranda, new business proposals, and market research publications. Owen also conducts market research and analysis that serves as the foundation for much of his writing.

Ray joined CBRE in May 2011. She assists the Investment Properties team with the overall coordination of marketing process. To this end, she produces the content of offering memoranda, new business proposals, and market research publications. Ray also produces and manages listing websites and reports to clients and investors.
