    CBRE ARRANGES SALE OF LANDOVER DISTRIBUTION FACILITY
    CBRE arranged the sale of a prime distribution facility located in the Ardmore Industrial Park at 7721 Polk Street in Landover, MD.  The currently vacant asset was acquired from McKesson Corporation for $4.15 million by Endurance Real Estate Group.

The Northern Virginia office of CBRE is one of the country's most active market areas.  More than 50 professionals provide a complete spectrum of commercial real estate brokerage services including owner and tenant leasing, acquisition and sales, marketing and consulting to owners, investors and occupiers of all property types.

The Northern Virginia competitive office market is comprised of 179.6 million square feet in over 2,000 properties in the City of Alexandria and Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William Counties.  Arlington County borders Washington, DC to the south containing over 36.1 million square feet of office space, while the City of Alexandria, to the south of Arlington, contains 17.7 million square feet.  Fairfax County is located to the south and west of Arlington and Alexandria and is comprised of over 106.4 million square feet of office space.  Loudoun County, the westernmost county in the market has 13.8 million square feet of office space, while Prince William County, to the south of Fairfax County, has 5.5 million square feet.  Combined, Northern Virginia accounts for over 47% of the Washington, DC Metro Region competitive real estate market.
