Jarib Rodriguez began his real estate career as an Eminent Domain Appraiser specializing in research/analysis and preparation of appraisal reports for condemnation proceedings. His product and market research facilitated the appraisal for hundreds of vacant real estate property from agricultural to commercial designations. Mr. Rodriguez has also been exposed to the residential aspects of real estate appraising by performing mortgage and estate appraisals.
Since 2003, Mr. Rodriguez has been with the CBRE's Tampa Bay Land Group, specializing in all types of land transactions including, but not limited to; agricultural, residential, office, retail, re-development, and transitional land.
