Jack Hoskins specializes in Occupier Representation. As a leader of CBRE’s Tenant Rep group in Tampa, Mr. Hoskins focuses on the delivery of transaction based real estate services to corporate clients. He employs a strategic planning approach towards real estate service delivery. This approach drives real estate activities to support corporate business goals and operating strategy.
By assisting companies develop and implement facility strategies, he coordinates such activities as disposition of space, renegotiating existing leases, and analyzing relocation alternatives.
