Patricia H.C. Ardigo is a First Vice President in the firm’s Westchester/Fairfield office, located in Stamford, CT. Ms. Ardigo has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience spanning throughout Connecticut, New York and across the United States.

Ms. Ardigo was one of the founders of the CBRE Life Science Group. The professionals that make up the Life Sciences Group have a deep, nuanced understanding of the challenges companies face, and partner closely with clients to offer them expert solutions to their real estate challenges. Backed by CBRE’s robust resources, strength and integrated service delivery platform, Ms. Ardigo not only offers tenant and landlord representation to bioscience and pharmaceutical companies but also serves as a national consultant to developers, universities and institutions in facilitating the development of research and innovation parks.
