Kevin A. Shannon is widely considered to be one of the premier investment sales brokers in the Western United States.  As Vice Chairman of CBRE with 31 years of experience, Kevin leads a team of eleven professionals focused on the disposition and acquisition of investment properties on behalf of domestic and offshore investors.  Kevin Shannon also leads a team of fourteen Institutional Group members on the West Coast with Darla Longo as Co-Managing Directors.  Kevin was CBRE’s top producing salesman on the West Coast in 2006, 2007, 2008 and one of the top two investment brokers on the West Coast in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012.

Since 1996, Mr. Shannon has sold and marketed more than $37 billion of office, industrial, self storage and retail properties.  Mr. Shannon was a Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis from 1999 to 2005.  He was Grubb & Ellis’ top producing broker nationally (all business lines) from 2003 to 2005 and the top investment broker nationally from 2000 to 2005.  Mr. Shannon began his real estate career at Colliers Seeley in 1982, where he rose to Managing Director/Partner and was the company’s top aggregate producer from 1990-1999.
