    CBRE Arranges Financing for Four Points Business Park
    The CBRE Capital Markets team of Mark McGovern and Scott Peterson arranged $17.1 million in financing for the acquisition and upgrading of Four Points Business Park on behalf of the new owners, Brookwood Financial Partners LLC. The CBRE team of Andrew Taylor, Ryan Grant and Nick Bonner was awarded the leasing assignment.

    Las Rocas Resort and Spa in Rosarito Beach Listed For Sale at $5.25 Million

    CBRE San Diego’s Mexico Group has been awarded the sale listing for Las Rocas Resort and Spa in Rosarito Beach. The resort is situated on a coastal bluff along the Mexico Highway 1 toll road just south of Rosarito Beach and is located less than ten minutes from the newly opened Baja California Center, a convention and events facility featuring over 120,000 square feet of exhibition space.

    Las Rocas Resort and Spa was designed by architect Francisco Orozco who designed many hotel projects along the Rosarito-Ensenada coastline. The resort’s two buildings include 40 single rooms, 34 suites, a 9,600-square-foot conference area, spa, gym, two restaurants and a bar. The three-acre property has a volleyball court, two swimming pools, three hot tubs and 1,080 feet of coastline with access to a public beach.
