Courtney Noll has been with CBRE since June 2011, and currently serves as the Senior Manager for Investment Properties. CBRE Investment Properties is the world leader in the acquisition and disposition of income-producing properties for third-party owners and corporate occupiers, and has been ranked by Real Capital Analytics as the No. 1 firm in U.S. commercial property investment sales activity for ten consecutive years.
Courtney provides operational leadership for Investment Properties, which is comprised of more than 400 dedicated sales professionals located in 50 markets across the United States. She works closely with Senior Managing Directors Kevin Aussef and Bernie Haddigan on both daily operations and strategic initiatives for the national platform. Additionally, Courtney plays an integral role in the marketing, technology and education efforts for CBRE Capital Markets.
Prior to joining the Investment Properties leadership team, Courtney served as a Department Coordinator within Capital Markets. She provided strategic support for various specialty groups within the Capital Markets business line including the National Retail Investment Group, Net Lease Property Group and Corporate Capital Markets. Primarily, Courtney was responsible for overseeing all platform initiatives such as marketing, deal tracking, client entertainment and media/advertising.
Courtney is a graduate of Yale University with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. She also coaches girls volleyball at the Encinitas WAVE volleyball club.
