    El Cajon Apartments Sold for $4.3 Million

    The 22-unit Peach Palms, at 1038 Peach Ave. in El Cajon 92021, and the 18-unit Sierra Gardens, at 1050 Peach Ave. in El Cajon 92021 have been sold for $4,337,500.

    The buyer was DCC Peach Palms, LLC, 3610 Hancock St. Suite C, San Diego 92110, with DCC Multifamily Fund, LLC as the manager and Drake Carver Communities, LLC as the fund manager. Drake Carver Communities, LLC operates a multi-family fund currently acquiring properties in Southern California. The acquisition was financed with a loan of $3,036,250 through Ann Block of JP Morgan Chase Bank.

    The Meadows Apartment Homes in Vista Sold for $11.3 Million

    The CBRE San Diego multifamily team of Kevin Mulhern, Dixie Hall and Rachel Parsons arranged the sale of The Meadows Apartment Homes for $11.3 million. Located at 1110-1155 Meadowlake Drive in the Vista submarket of San Diego, the 86-unit property was 95.4 percent occupied at the time of sale.

    Built in 1972 on 6.15 acres, The Meadows is comprised of 10 two-story buildings with a mix of 15 one-bedroom units and 71 two-bedroom units. The property features a pool, spa, poolside barbeque area, sundeck clubhouse with a full kitchen and billiard table, 14 garages, 72 carports and storage units.
