Ryan specializes in Industrial Property occupier representation; project leasing, building and land sales, site selection, and investment property sales and consulting. Ryan effectively utilizes and leverages the CBRE platform, working with CBRE colleagues around the country on multi-market requirements and by providing local support and market knowledge for many of the high profile Industrial Real Estate requirements in Northern California.
When working with occupiers, by taking time to thoroughly understand the clients’ business objectives, Ryan develops a transaction strategy and implements the appropriate processes. The results offer decision-makers a clear understanding of the market conditions and alternative competitive solutions where both operational and financial goals can be met. For project leasing and dispositions assignments, Ryan’s acute insight into market trends and transaction activity allows owners to position their assets to maximize lease up and/or disposition returns.
Ryan, along with his business partner Mike Luca, has been named several times as a finalist for the Association of Commercial Real Estate’s (ACRE) Industrial Broker of the Year, which recognizes the region’s top brokerage professionals.
