Christina Coffey is Vice President of Retail Services at CBRE Raleigh. She has over 11 years of experience focusing on retail leasing and sales. Prior to joining CBRE Raleigh, Christina served as Director of Brokerage at Hunter & Associates. She oversaw a portfolio of 75 shopping centers totaling five million square feet. Christina moved to the Triangle in 1995 and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Christina has a passion for being involved in the community. She served on the Board of Directors for TCAR, the Capital City Clauses, and the Raleigh Jaycees and she currently serves on the Steering Committee for Band Together as a VIP Co-Chair. In 2009, Christina was a member of the executive planning committee for the North Carolina Governor’s Inaugural Ball and chaired the 16th Annual Jingle Ball benefiting the Salvation Army’s Christmas Cheer Program in Wake County. Most recently, she served as Entertainment Chair for the North Carolina Governor’s Inaugural Ball and is also involved with fundraising for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Habitat for Humanity, and the American Heart Association. The Triangle Business Journal selected her for the 40 Under 40 Class of 2013 recognizing her contributions to the commercial real estate industry and the community.
