Professional Experience
Jason Green joined CBRE in 2004 specializing in
office properties after 9 years of commercial real estate expertise in multiple consulting and transactional roles on behalf of tenants in Los Angeles, California. Jason leverages his experience on behalf of tenants who confront expansion, relocation, purchase and disposition of owned or leased facilities. By adopting either portfolio or single-location strategies, Jason has assisted tenants in reducing their total occupancy costs through utilizing his areas of expertise: identifying key client business issues, recommending strategies focused on minimizing occupancy costs and reservation of human capital, financial modeling and cost analysis.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jason was involved in over 200 lease and sale transactions totaling over $350 million in consideration. At
CBRE’s Portland office, Jason has been involved in the sale or lease of over 3.4 million square feet. Jason was ranked a "Top 5" producer for the Portland office in 2009, 2010, and 2011.
