iProjects

iProjects is a collaboration tool which allows users to create Web-based templates to share information with clients and to maintain special projects. This password-protected resource is fully secure, and provides multiple layers of access. As it is an Internet site, it is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Options are available for customization within each site by using various tool sets built into the application.

 

AXIS portal

AXIS portals allow tenants and all other members of the building community to access vital information about their building and the surrounding area.

The innovative AXIS portal program has become an essential tool to support marketing, management and communication for top CB Richard Ellis clients in major markets across the U.S.

Currently more than 70 sites, representing in excess of 60 million square feet of space, have signed up for this industry-leading, Web-based platform. Clients include AMB, KBS Realty Advisors, TIAA, Walton Street Capital, Silverstein Properties and CBRE Investors.

Project Management

CBRE's Project Management Group completes more than $10 billion in global projects annually. The Project Management Group can provide assistance to the management staff to expedite improvement projects. This group also supervises outside consultants for complex projects requiring a third party consultant.

Risk Management

CBRE has made a strong commitment to the area of risk management. Our Risk Management department's objective is to minimize and eliminate those areas of potential corporate risk whenever possible. The department serves as a valuable in-house resource for insurance, contractual risk and litigation management issues. In addition, the department is involved with:

CBRE Technical Services (CBRETS), the maintenance, technology and engineering arm of CBRE, provides CBRE comprehensive building and technical support services at CBRE managed properties, including responding to tenant calls, preventive maintenance, site inspections and operational audits. Under the guidance of the regional Operations Manager, this team is able to perform the following functions, as needed:

CBRE @ Your Service is a scalable property management program that provides an unmatched level of personal and shared office services to building ownership and tenants.
