Susan LaGanke is the Managing Director for Project Management, responsible for delivering the project management platform to our clients throughout the Arizona market. She integrates project management services with over 100 corporate accounts and supports CBRE brokers representing occupiers. She also oversees the institutional business for tenant and capital improvement projects exceeding 20 million square feet.
Ms. LaGanke manages all stages of a project life cycle, with an additional focus on due diligence, city review & development planning, LEED and sustainability planning, transaction management support through lease execution and final construction project and team coordination.
