Andrew K. Fosberg is a Vice President in the Phoenix CBRE office specializing in Retail Investment Sales. He joined CBRE in 2004 and has over 10 years of experience in real estate investment advisory services. Mr. Fosberg has represented hundreds of Buyers and Sellers in over 250 property sales totaling over $1B in value and five million square feet of space.
In 2014, he collaborated with Molly M. Busch to create Phoenix Retail Investment Properties. The team's strategy is to help clients invest in commercial real estate with education and confidence. By providing highly-customized market data, a thorough financial analysis, and unparalleled service levels, the team consistently maximizes market positioning and financial return for every client on every individual asset.
The team also offers their client’s exposure to the CBRE Capital Markets nationally-populated proprietary investor database that profiles an ever changing and growing set of more than 150,000 commercial real estate investors.
Mr. Fosberg is actively involved in the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and serves as Vice Chair of the Membership Committee. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Mr. Fosberg supports the Boys and Girls Clubs of Scottsdale, as well as a serves as a Leader in his Church.
Mr. Fosberg received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Business. He was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity.
