Christopher W. Koch has joined the firm’s Pittsburgh Brokerage
Services group as Vice
President on our Advisory & Transaction Services team. Chris will
concentrate on Landlord representation with Foster Plaza office complex,
located in Greentree, Pennsylvania, as a primary account.

CBRE with over 28 years of commercial real estate experience. He previously
worked at Oxford Realty Services, Kennedy Wilson Properties, and Grubb and
Ellis primarily representing institutional owners. In addition to Foster Plaza,
he has been responsible for the marketing of several high profile properties
such as 4350 Northern Pike, Centre City Tower, The Koppers Building, and 30
North Third in Harrisburg. Recent achievements include Society of Industrial
& Office Realtors (SIOR) suburban office lease of the year, SIOR industrial
sale of the year, and being named a 2006 CoStar Power Broker.
Chris graduated from the Indiana University of
Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and a
minor in Finance.
