Professional Experience
Robert Zwengler is an Executive Vice President in the Global Corporate Services group of CBRE, Inc. in Philadelphia, Pa. He focuses exclusively on corporate services and tenant representation, providing transactional services to a wide variety of multi-market clients on a national and international basis.
Mr. Zwengler has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, encompassing brokerage, finance, investment advisory and property management. He has represented a wide range of clients throughout the United States and internationally. These clients include CIGNA, Independence Blue Cross, Wells Fargo Bank, Radian Group, Medquist, Gemplus, Weston Solutions and Subaru of America.
Mr. Zwengler has been a member of CBRE's Top 225 Producers in the United States in 2005, 2006, 2008, 2009 and 2010. In 2008 and 2009, he was a member of CBRE's prestigious Colbert Coldwell Circle.
Mr. Zwengler joined CBRE in 2003 following the merger with Insignia/ESG, where he had been employed since 1998. He earned his B.A. degree in Economics from Drew University, his J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law-Camden and his M.S. in City and Regional Planning from Harvard University.
