George Cauffman has over 25 years experience as an office leasing and sales broker in the Philadelphia office of CBRE. Mr. Cauffman joined CBRE in 1985. Since that time, he has successfully negotiated over 1,000 lease and sale transactions measuring over 10 million square feet with value in excess of two billion dollars.
His transactions involve tenant representation assignments, landlord representation, data center assignments and sale transactions to a large cross-section of the Greater Philadelphia business community.
