Kenneth W. Brown, MAI, SRA, is a Vice President at CBRE and has over 22 years of experience in real estate valuation and consultation. Located in CBRE Valuation & Advisory Group’s Boca Raton, Florida office, Mr. Brown’s primary geographical coverage area is the Southeast Florida regional market area, which includes the counties of Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, and St Lucie.
A Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute, Mr. Brown is listed on the Institute’s Litigation Professional Development Program Registry, attended the Leadership Development and Advisory Council Conference in 2012 and 2013 and the Instructor Leadership and Development Conference in 2010, and is a Director for the South Florida Chapter (2013–2015).
Mr. Brown entered the profession in 1991, following 12 years of service in the United States Marine Corps, which included deployment to Saudi Arabia during the first Gulf War. Since 1991, Mr. Brown has specialized in the valuation of a wide variety of office, industrial, retail, special-use, and residential properties. As a result of his education and experience, Mr. Brown is uniquely qualified to provide the following business services, among others: absorption studies, appraisal and appraisal review, consultation, demand analysis, demographic analysis, eminent domain valuation and consultation, highest and best use studies, litigation support, market analysis, mediation/arbitration/dispute resolution, retrospective valuation, site location analysis and consulting, and valuation and consultation for financial reporting.
