Professional Experience
David Murphy is a recognized market leader in corporate tenant representation and large industrial building sales. Mr. Murphy completed his first real estate transaction as an 18 year old college freshman at Penn State, where he received a Bachelors Degree in Real Estate. During his 23 year real estate career, he has won countless awards and is frequently quoted in national business publications. Mr. Murphy combines his relentless advocacy of his clients with a strong technical real estate background. He has an extensive commercial real estate valuation background and is a Florida Certified General Appraiser in addition to being a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI).
As a result of his remarkable ability to successfully complete transactions that benefit his clients, Murphy is routinely recognized as Central Florida’s top industrial broker. In 2012, Mr. Murphy was named Industrial Broker of the Year by the Central Florida Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). This is the tenth consecutive year Murphy has received this honor. In 2010, Mr. Murphy was named by Commercial Property Executive magazine as one of its Stars to Watch, recognizing him as one of the top ten emerging commercial real estate professionals nationally. In 2011, the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors recognized Mr. Murphy as the Top Industrial Broker in Central Florida. In 2009, Murphy was recognized as one of the Top 25 Commercial Brokers in the state of Florida by Real Estate Florida Magazine.
